Mazkur ilmiy maqolada jamoat xavfsizligini ta’minlash sohasida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining qo‘llanilishi, xususan tezkor qaror qabul qilish tizimlarining samaradorligi, afzalliklari va xavflari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida sun’iy intellekt asosidagi monitoring, prognozlash va avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlarining jamoat tartibini saqlashdagi o‘rni ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, xalqaro tajriba, jumladan AQSh, Yevropa Ittifoqi va Osiyo davlatlarida qo‘llanilayotgan AI tizimlari misolida huquqiy tartibga solish mexanizmlari o‘rganiladi. Maqolada shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish, algoritmik xatoliklar va diskriminatsiya xavfi kabi dolzarb muammolar ham yoritiladi. Muallif tomonidan sun’iy intellekt asosida qaror qabul qilish tizimlarini jamoat xavfsizligiga joriy etishda milliy huquqiy bazani takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi.
