Bakterial infeksiyalarni tez va aniq tashxislash zamonaviy
tibbiyotningmuhimvazifalaridanbiridir.An’anaviymikrobiologikusullarko‘pvaqt
talab qilgani sababli, hozirgi davrda molekulyar -g enetik va elektromigratsion
texnologiyalar keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Xususan, polimeraza zanjiri reaksiyasiga
asoslangan 16S ribosomali RNK genining ketma -k etlashtirilishi bakteriyalarni tur
darajasigacha aniq identifikatsiya qilish imkonini beradi. PCR usuli juda oz
miqdordagi genetik materialdan foydalanib, n atijani qisqa vaqt ichida olish imkonini
beradi. Shuningdek, kapillyar zona elektroforezi va kapillyar izoelektrik fokuslash
usullari molekulalarni zaryad va izoelektrik nuqtalari bo‘yicha ajratish orqali
mikroorganizmlarning oqsil va ferment profilini o‘rganishda qo‘llaniladi. Bu
yondashuvlar tashxisning tezligi, sezgirligi va aniqligini oshiradi hamda klinik
amaliyotda samara li natija beradi.
