Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tibbiy biologiyaning muhim yo‘nalishlaridan biri bo‘lgan genetik kasalliklar, ularning kelib chiqish sabablari, irsiylanish qonuniyatlari va inson organizmiga ta’siri haqida batafsil ma’lumot berilgan. Genetik kasalliklarning shakllanishida gen mutatsiyalari, xromosoma tuzilishi va sonidagi o‘zgarishlar, shuningdek, tashqi muhit omillarining roli yoritilgan. Maqolada monogen, poligen va xromosoma kasalliklarining asosiy xususiyatlari hamda ularning klinik belgilari haqida ma’lumot keltiriladi. Shuningdek, DNK va genlarning tuzilishi, genetik axborotning avloddan-avlodga uzatilishi hamda irsiyat mexanizmlarining tibbiyotdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Genetik kasalliklarni erta aniqlashda molekulyar-genetik, sitogenetik va biokimyoviy diagnostika usullarining o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy tibbiyotda genetik maslahat, prenatal diagnostika, skrining va profilaktik tadbirlarning ahamiyati ham yoritilgan. Mazkur ma’lumotlar genetik kasalliklarning oldini olish, ularni erta tashxislash va bemorlarga tibbiy yordam ko‘rsatish samaradorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
