QARISH JARAYONIDA UYQU-UYG‘OQLIK SIKLINING O‘ZGARISHI

Mazkur maqolada qarish jarayonida uyqu-uyg‘oqlik siklida yuz beradigan fiziologik va funksional o‘zgarishlar, ularning shakllanish mexanizmlari hamda inson salomatligi va hayot sifatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Uyqu inson organizmining normal faoliyatini ta’minlovchi muhim fiziologik jarayonlardan biri bo‘lib, u asab tizimi faoliyatini tiklash, xotira va kognitiv funksiyalarni mustahkamlash, gormonal muvozanatni saqlash hamda immun tizimi faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Yosh ulg‘ayishi bilan uyquning davomiyligi, chuqurligi va tuzilishida tabiiy o‘zgarishlar yuzaga keladi. Keksa yoshda uyquning yuzaki bo‘lishi, kechasi tez-tez uyg‘onish, ertalab erta uyg‘onish, kunduzgi uyquchanlik va uyqu samaradorligining pasayishi kuzatilishi mumkin. Ushbu o‘zgarishlarda biologik soat faoliyatining o‘zgarishi, melatonin ishlab chiqarilishining kamayishi, sirkadiyalik ritmlarning zaiflashishi, surunkali kasalliklar, dori vositalari, psixoemotsional holat va turmush tarzi omillari muhim ahamiyatga ega. Maqolada uyqu gigiyenasi, jismoniy faollik, kun tartibiga rioya qilish, yorug‘lik ta’sirini me’yorlashtirish va tibbiy nazorat kabi profilaktik yondashuvlarning ahamiyati ham yoritilgan. Sog‘lom uyquni saqlash keksalik davrida jismoniy va ruhiy salomatlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda hayot sifatini yaxshilashning muhim shartlaridan biri sifatida baholanadi.
