TUT IPAK QURTI (BOMBYX MORI L.) KOMPONENT ZOTLARIDA SELEKSIYA SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada tut ipak qurti (Bombyx mori L.) komponent zotlarida seleksiya samaradorligi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotlar 2023–2025 yillarda AG, Ipakchi-2 va S-12 zotlari asosida olib borilib, qiyoslovchi sifatida Ipakchi-1 zoti foydalanildi. Tadqiqot davomida tanlash intensivligi, seleksiya differensiali, tuxumlarning jonlanish darajasi hamda asosiy biologik ko‘rsatkichlar baholandi. Olingan natijalar AG va Ipakchi-2 zotlari yuqori biologik barqarorlik va seleksiya samaradorligiga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. S-12 zoti ham ijobiy seleksion ko‘rsatkichlar bilan ajralib turdi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra ushbu zotlar yuqori geterozisli sanoat duragaylarini yaratishda istiqbolli komponent zotlar sifatida tavsiya etiladi.
