Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli sivilizatsiya sharoitida turli yoshdagi ayollarda optimizm va emotsional barqarorlikning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi psixologik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli kommunikatsiya, ijtimoiy tarmoqlar, axborot oqimining jadallashuvi, virtual ijtimoiy taqqoslash, raqamli stress va doimiy onlayn faollikning ayollar emotsional holatiga ta’siri nazariy jihatdan yoritiladi. Optimizm shaxsning kelajakdagi voqea va natijalarga nisbatan ijobiy kutishlari bilan bog‘liq psixologik resurs sifatida ko‘rib chiqilib, uning stressli vaziyatlarni baholash, adaptiv koping strategiyalarini tanlash, emotsiyalarni boshqarish va psixologik farovonlikni saqlashdagi ahamiyati tahlil etiladi.
