Abstract

Mazkur maqolada shaxsiylashtirilgan tibbiyotning zamonaviy tibbiyotdagi o‘rni hamda genetik ma’lumotlar asosida individual davolash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Shaxslar o‘rtasidagi genetik farqlar kasalliklarning rivojlanishi, dori vositalarining samaradorligi va nojo‘ya ta’sirlariga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Maqolada farmakogenomika, genetik testlar, zamonaviy sekvenslash texnologiyalari va molekulyar biomarkerlarning individual davolashni tanlashdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, shaxsiylashtirilgan tibbiyotni klinik amaliyotga joriy etishning afzalliklari, mavjud muammolari va istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
